Breakfast Egg Casserole

This is also called the drunken casserole at my house. After an evening with friends/family and lots of drinks we all start thinking about breakfast. So we throw together all the ingredients, bake it, have two more beers, and then put it in the fridge. In the morning – there is an amazing casserole waiting to cure our hangovers

Breakfast Egg Casserole

  • 1 lb Sausage (browned and drained)
  • 6 Eggs
  • Dash of Oregano
  • 2 C Milk
  • 6 Slices of Bread (crumbled)
  • ½ tsp Dry Mustard
  • 2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ tsp Salt

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into 9×13” greased pan
  2. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes uncovered
  3. Enjoy!
