Creamy Potato Pufff
- 8 OZ Cream Cheese, (softened)
- 4 C Hot Mashed Potatoes
- 1 Egg beaten
- ⅓ C Onion, (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Salt
- Dash of Pepper
- Combined softened cream cheese, potatoes and remaining ingredients
- Place in a 1 Quart Casserole dish
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
