Be careful – you could eat this entire cheeseball in one sitting. It’s a great holiday party appetizer and very quick to make. The biggest challenge is waiting for all the cheese to get to room temperature – be sure to plan for that. Add your favorite cracker – and enjoy.

2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese
1 (4 oz) pkg blue cheese, crumbled
1 (4 oz) pkg sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ cup minced onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Let cheeses stand at room temperature until softened.
mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, blue cheese, and cheddar cheese. Add onion and Worcestershire sauce.
Blend on low speed until mixed then medium speed until fluffy scraping side and bottom of bowl. Cover and chill at least 8 hours.
Can be rolled into one large ball or small balls.
Add these as a side dish or an appetizer for any meal. My mom always made these to go alongside a burger – and in college, I simply made these as a meal. These are delicious!

4 Medium Russet Potatoes (cut into large wedges)
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
¼ tsp black pepper
⅛ tsp salt
⅛ tsp garlic powder
Cover potatoes with cold water for 15 minutes
oven to 425 and grease large baking sheet Drain potatoes spread onto paper towels, pat dry.
Transfer potatoes to a large bowl and sprinkle with oil, pepper, salt. Toss to combine.
Arrange potatoes in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
Bake 20 minutes, using a s
patula turn potatoes and sprinkle with garlic. Bake until golden brown – about twenty minutes and turning after 10 minutes.

Onion soup mix
Sweet & Sour Sauce: Mix grape jelly with chili sauce.
Meatballs: Mix bread with milk. Add salt and pepper to ground beef. Mix bread and beef. Roll into little balls.
Bake at 350 on a cookie sheet. (Pressed on time, unseasoned ready made meatbals from Sams or Costco! Place meatballs in sauce to coat completely. Serve on platter with toothpicks.

Chili Con Queso (Chili with Cheese)
¼ cup margarine
½ cup chopped onion
1 can tomatoes (whole)
1 can green chilis (small)
salt to taste
1 pound Monterrey Jack cheese
Fry onion in margarine. Add chopped tomatoes & chili.
Add cheese in chunks until cheese melts in
frying pan. If too thick, add some milk.
Serve with tortilla chips.
This has been a delicious appetizer plate that you have to push away so you don’t fill up before dinner. Use c
rackers or cut up small pieces of bread. Enjoy!
1 can artichoke hearts (14 oz)
1 cup mayonaise (Hellman’s preferred)
¾ cup parmesan cheese
1 pound mozzarella cheese
garlic powder to taste
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Mix all ingredients in a
baking dish Bake until cheese melts at 350 degrees
These are my favorite snack food for graduation parties, birthdays, and tailgating! I never believed my mom that she actually added grape jelly do the meatballs, but then I finally saw her make it. Don’t let the jelly scare you away – these meatballs are amazing.
Basic Meatballs Appetizer
1 lb of Ground Beef
1 Small Onion (chopped)
¼ C Dry Bread Crumbs
½ tsp Salt
⅛ tsp Pepper
Combine all ingredients, mix in
mixing bowl until well blended. Shape into 1-inch balls.
Arrange on un-greased shallow
baking pan. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
